The international public exhibition started in Kabul



The international “Bahar Naw” (new spring) exhibition kicked off at the Loya Jirga tent on Sunday with the participation of senior Taliban officials, the private sector and diplomats.

Mullah Abdul Ghani Boradar, Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs, stressed holding more expos to improve and develop the country’s economy.

He called on businessmen and investors to invest in various sectors of the country and pledged the protection of their lives and properties.

Meanwhile, Sakhi Ahmad Peyman, deputy director of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, said that through the joint efforts of the government and the private sector, more than 5,000 industrial factories working in 67 different sectors are operating in Afghanistan. These factories provide employment opportunities to more than 400,000 people directly and about one million indirectly in the country.
