Dealer Molly wants a crackdown on ganja | New

A Corporate Area dealer Molly wants the government to crack down on ganja smoking even as there are plans to toughen laws affecting the sale and use of the party drug.

Jack* suggested the government was being hypocritical because the ganja has effects similar to Molly’s.

“Ganja is actually more addictive because it’s more affordable. Molly is a party drug and it’s not something you’re going to take every day because nobody’s going to party every day. Plus, I’m selling my pill for $3,000 so people aren’t going to shell out 3Gs every day to buy a Molly so they don’t get addicted,” he said.

Jack, who said he sells more than a dozen Molly pills a week, said the drug is mostly in demand during weekends and holidays, such as the upcoming Heroes Weekend.

“All the other big parties we have, a time when I’m selling hard or if a guy or a girl and a friend are hitting the road,” he said.

Jack, who started selling Molly just over a year ago, said he was introduced there by his dealer after going to buy Viagra.

“I know a lot of people who wanted it (Molly) so I took some from her and sold it to those people. Women are the ones who buy it most often because it makes them stand out. It makes the woman free to act. Suh if They’re going to party and want to have sexual fun afterwards, they’ll take it. It’s almost like burning weed, but sometimes you don’t get high, you’ll sleep more or you’ll have hungry,” he said.

Jack said his clients come from all walks of life and are only 18 years old. He said Molly comes in different forms including pills and capsules. Although he thinks the drug is completely harmless when the instructions are followed exactly, he admitted that the side effects can be deadly.

“Mi nuh recommends no form of partying or sex drugs for anyone with high blood pressure as it can cause your heart to race, especially if you take more than the required dose. One of the main side effects of Molly is that it gives headaches and mi always tell them to drink lots of water. It doesn’t go well with alcohol, but because it’s a party drug, people will mix it with it. If you have a weak heart, don’t take it,” the dealer warned.
